LED Shop Light Fixtures

Shop lights are typically used overhead in a workshop, warehouse, auto body shop, or home garage. LED tubes, and the LEDs in our shop lights, direct light downwards for a more focused light beam than a traditional fluorescent bulb, which emits light at 360 degrees. That means a a more efficient light spread, particularly when you hang shop lights in rooms with higher ceilings. One of the troubles with older shop lights that used fluorescent tubes was that you could easily break them when working near a low hanging light fixture. Broken fluorescent tubes can cause harmful vapors for your employees or your family. LED tubes do not contain mercury and are a more eco-friendly lighting option by comparison.

Sunco LED Shop Lights are available in direct mount options or with chain mounted styles, with the exception of the T5 integrated LED shop light that is only flush mounted. Both types of hanging hardware are included. You can link up to 4 of these LED shop lights together in a daisy chain to make use of a single power source. With a very bright 4100 Lumens, this frosted LED shop light delivers bright, directional lighting for your garage, auto shop, warehouse, workshop, or basement. The frosted nature creates a diffusion to slightly soften your light beam. Great for hanging over a work bench when you need brighter light for task lighting.

Wraparound Shop Light

With a 5000K Daylight color temperature, the integrated LED Shop Light, Wraparound delivers sunlight-light lighting and can daisy chain up to 4 lights on a single power source. The fixture is flush mounted and ideal for school hallways, storage spaces, garage workshops, and much more. With a 50,000 hour lifespan, this fixture will save maintenance hours since you do not have to swap out the bulb all the time, like you would with a fluorescent. Includes a diffuser to soften and spread the light beam.

LED Shop Light, Wraparound, Prismatic Lens, 5”

You can seamlessly link up to 6 LED Shop Light, Wraparound, Prismatic Lens, 7” together with the included connectors, while using only one power source. Just like the other LED Prismatic Wraparound fixtures, this one comes with both a 1.5” connector and an 8” cable to allow for either a flush connection between your lights or a separation of your lights. Mounting hardware is included. You can link up to 5 LED shop lights together with this style of fixture. All the wraparound fixtures direct mount for a thin profile ceiling light.

LED Shop Light, Wraparound, Prismatic Lens, 11”

This is the brightest of our wraparound shop light line. You can link up to 4 LED Shop Light, Wraparound, Prismatic Lens fix, 11” fixtures together on the same power source. Mounting hardware is included so you can quickly mount and setup your Wraparound Prismatic Lens LED. Due to the prisma texture on the cover of this light, and the fact that the durable cover wraps around the fixture, your light is directed across a wide area.

Integrated LED Light Fixtures

The small profile LED T5 Integrated Fixture is easy to install when you directly mount the snap joist mounting brackets to your ceiling or wall, then insert the fixture. The streamlined look of this LED fixture allows for decorative uses. You can power up to 12 fixtures in a daisy chain, while using only one power source. Linking cables are included for close fixture mounting or at a distance. This integrated fixtures if ideal for garage, workbench, basement, office, or under the cabinet lighting.

LEDs are the better alternative when you want to be more eco-friendly than in the past. Let’s examine some cost savings you can achieve with the LED T5 Integrated fixture compared to a halogen lamp. At 11 cents per kWh, the 22W LED T5 Integrated Tube uses $110 of electricity over a 50,000 hour lifespan. That means you save $121 when compared to the cost of $231 to run a 42W halogen lamp.

Motion Activated Lights

Ideal for warehouses or a storage facility where light fixtures need to automatically turn on/off, the LED Shop Light, Frosted, Motion Activated light fixture is linkable and easy to install. It will turn ON when motion is detected and OFF when no motion is detected after a set period of time. You can choose to either direct mount it, or suspend it from a chain. LED Replacement Bulbs

Changing outdated and power hungry fluorescent bulbs is easy with the LED replacement bulbs offered by Sunco. If you still have traditional shop lights in play and want to replace them with low wattage alternatives to conserve energy, choose from T8 LED Tubes in 18W or 15W options on our site. Making the switch to LED will also save your maintenance team time, since LED tubes last longer than traditional fluorescent tubes. These offer up to 50,000 hours of bulb life. These LED tubes are also flicker free and provide instant light.

It is recommended that you are comfortable with some electrician skills to make the switch yourself, since you will be rewiring the fixture to bypass or remove the ballast. We provide some easy steps for you to follow. When in doubt, please consult with your electrician.

These Type B LED tubes are shatter resistant for improved safety in your workplace, school or at home. As you will see in the specs listed below, our T8 tubes also significantly cut your power consumption, compared to traditional wattage needs.
