I ordered three of the UFO High Bay 150 Watt. They arrived and shipping had just thrown the lights into a box, threw the metal J-hook mounting hardware into the box, threw some packing paper on top and sent the lights. They should realize that the metal J-hooks will beat up anything in the box when they can rock-and-roll during shipping. None of the three lights had the screw that runs through the J-Hook to keep the light from falling off the J-Hook. The three picture intall they show on their website specifically shows these, and tells what they are for and doesn't say a word about them not being included in the purchase. They do make note in these little pics that the wire nuts are not included so if the screws are not included; why not tell the customer up front since they are a pretty important piece of the fixture. One of the set screws to keep the J-Hooks from twisting off and falling down was also missing. Not really impressed with this order or how the company is handling the problem.
