Rewire your fixture to bypass the existing ballast, then connect live and neutral wires from the power source to corresponding socket wiring.
Prior to installing Type B tubes, all existing ballasts must be removed and the fixture rewired accordingly. Failure to do so may damage the lighting tube and create a serious fire hazard.
