Was shipped promptly and were exactly as described. The box was damaged in shipping and one bulb was broken, I sent a message to the seller with pictures and they sent a new bulb right away. Bulbs give great light much better than the fluorescents I replaced. Only hiccup was I received one bulb that didn’t work. I contacted Sunco and got a response back within 24 hrs. Sent out a replacement free of charge. Installed the replacement and everything is good.
