● IC RATED - This 10W 4” LED downlight wafer thin Slim with Selectable CCT is IC rated, meaning the junction box is thermally protected and designed to be installed in the ceiling surrounded by insulation. With worry-free installation, our Slim recessed lights won't overheat and cause a fire in the roof or overhead joist space.
● SIMPLE INSTALL - Sunco's LED slim downlights come equipped with a junction box which means they do not need a can. Cut a hole in your ceiling to size then fold the spring-loaded brackets in while pushing up into the hole. Includes copper wiring. Gloves are recommended for any routine maintenance of this wafer-thin, low profile LED downlight.

I replaced ones that were in the house that I bought. The house was refurbished and the ones I replaced were obviously very new. However, the originals didn't last very long. I would say a year at most. I purchased the same brand with hopes that these would last longer. They are very easy to install and look nice. Fingers crossed that these last!

Easy to install, adjustable light color, dimmable, low profile, and low cost. What's not to like? I'm not an electrician and I was able to install eight of these throughout my condo. The low profile allowed them to fit into ceiling spaces where cannister lights won't fit. I've ordered these twice now, fast shipping and excellent price.
