Great experience. I ordered 50 four-foot tubes and Sunco had them shipped within hours of ordering. I installed them all in my shop and I'm thrilled with the results. Then, I ordered another batch of 50 to complete my shop and to install on the third floor of my barn (not all installed yet), the difference is like night and day (pun intended). Sunco kept me alerted throughout the shipping process. I highly recommend and would definitely do business with them in the future.

I purchased By-pass tubes on 2 different occasions. Very pleased with their performance. Experienced damage to the product by the shipper on both occasions. Sunco's excellent customer service stepped up to make it right and replaced the tube damaged in shipment. Can't say enough about their excellent customer service. I bought these with some of the new fixtures and sum to use with existing fixtures. The light out put is great, I am going to rewire the new fixtures to be an A B switching. This way I can turn only half of the lighting out put.
